She brings more than 20 years of professional experience in sales, consulting, and coaching with a focus on results. She is a tenacious connecter and networker that opens doors to strategic opportunities leading to growth in partnerships among a diverse group of organizations. Some of her experiences include strategic planning with the board and leadership teams, training, and speaking. Her ability to facilitate, collaborate, and share ideas have earned her exceeding results. Catherine is a thought leader on a variety of topics including Sales, Customer Experience, Board Planning, Strategic Planning, Negotiations, Operational Efficiencies, Jobs To Be Done, Change Management, Banking, Payment Processing, and Agriculture. Catherine is recognized as a Marshall Goldsmith’s New York 50. She is certified with Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Global Leadership Assessment 360. She is a John Maxwell Team Member and is engaged with John Maxwell’s DiSC (personality profiling) work. Catherine serves on board for The Health Services District of Kershaw County and Central Carolina Technical College Foundation. She also supports the United Way of Kershaw County and New Day on Mill (transitional housing for homeless families). She also facilitates resources to sustain rural communities.
